Ok this is a small news about what to expect from the first Airborn release. As the graphics seem to rise the expectations a lot, we understand that but before you all go crazy because it's not what you expected, its not a finished game, its far from that :)

Ok before anybody expects too much from our first release.
We released something because we had to, you can find the release with google, but i'd definitely advise you to wait because there are some ugly bugs in it that i'd like to have fixed first.
Having that said, the Demo is more or less a visual tech demo with very basic gameplay, but at least one quest is awaiting you so you have something to do.
The Game was meant to be a prototype for a consolebased action adventure, thats why we tweaked everything for smallHD as screenres (1280x720) and a gamepad (xbox controller) as the main input source.

Yes it has keyboard inputs but they are pretty much untweaked, some features like walke to run blend don't work on the keybard (NOW) and yes you can also play it in different screensizes, but the Hud will explode and the Outlines might act different, etc. Its tweaked for 720p so better use that resolution to play the game.

Airborn is not Unreal Tournament, it won't behave the same. We've written a whole new camera system, the movement is also not just UT3.
Its an action adventure, no fast paced shooter. There is no fighting in the actual demo, well if you count kicking critters as fighting, then there is.
Its not like most mods, we reused almost nothing from UT3.
Not using UT3 has its downsides, especially when it comes to time and what can be done in shorter timeframes. From what we saw most UT3 mods are UT3 with new graphics sets and slight changes here and there, we changed almost everything.
All Shaders and Models are made for this mod, right now only the sounds are unreal and some assets, like particle systems, we have a new UI and a very basic working Hud.
It will look different and it will play different as UT does, our goal was to do something different, it is not finished but it is a start.
So please don't expect a finished game, its far from beeing done, but to join MSUC we had to release it.

I hope you understand and you don't expect the next Zelda just now ;)

I expect the next Zelda :) But not now of course. I think what you have shown is enough for now. I hope it ends up as a full game and you release it for PC too :)

Please make sure you release this for PC. even if it is only controller supported.

nope we didn't cook for ps3 so far, as we have no ps3 ut to test it, maybe we should get one
