Reminds me of Protoss from StarCraft.
Hey there, this armor set is the justicar armor Wowhead.com that was used from Maraad Wowpedia.fandom.com , Maraad was also at the The Burning Crusade Cinematic Trailer Youtube.com wearing a version of this armor. I think the Draenei Race was created having in mind the Protoss from Starcraft, this armor set for example is a skin from Artanis in Hots Nexuscompendium.com .
