Abandoned Town is a cryengine1 map set in a city like Pripyat. Technically more a map than a mod, it is composed mainly of non-vanilla objects. City buildings, streets and ambience are all inspired by STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl. The city landscape has been created by moddb member Vikom, and is largely complete. I will be doing the completing, ie Mission.lua, radar points, triggers, screen text, save points etc., plus my own ideas and add-ons.

Map 2, "April"
This is the under-pool maintenance area, the second of the three map series. The Pool and maintenance area pose a problem in a first person shooter. No running, glass bottles, dogs around the pool, and seriously no guns or bombs. So the first two levels will be basically a showcase of Viktor's lovely Pool,and the story leading up to the CNP accident. I believe the iconic Ferris wheel and Dodgem Cars for the Amusement park were only commissioned five days before the accident, but the pool was there for some time. But I could be wrong.

I don't know of anyone still actively playing FarCry mods, definitely no one in Australia. Well two, lol. Maybe in Russia, Ukraine, Germany are still players. In any case, I should hurry up to release this.

If there aren't any baddies to shoot, you could have lots of destructible explosive objects instead. Boom! Pool chemicals make great fireworks.
I presume I am one of the two Australians you mention still with FC installed, who is the other one? 39Gamer?
