Abandoned Safehouse FO3 file

Version 3.0 adds an option to give the cell a custom name.
Version 3.1 - Hotfix for vending machine eating Nukas.

In order to set a custom cell name you will need to edit the AbandonedSafeHouseCustomName message form using FO3Edit. Once you have chosen your name save the plugin, and enable the setting in the ini file and the change will be applied when you load a save file. The name change can be undone by disabling the ini option.

Unfortunately this was the best method I could come up with that was quickest and easiest. The features in xNVSE that made this functionality easy in New Vegas does not exist in Fallout 3.
