Germany gave back the predominantly Hungarian territories from 1939-1941 the reason was to get Hungary into the axis.
Yea, that was the only good part of ww2.

Albania should be bigger, hitler promised the albanians that he would unite all the albanian lands if they fought for germany, which they did and during ww2 albania got back parts of Kosovo. So if germany won then the so called "greater" albania should be a thing. All the axis allies got their respective ethnical lands back as reward for their aid to germany.
