1429: The Lily and the Lion is a project to improve upon the already fantastic mod 1429: La Guerre de Cent by FantasyWarrior by adding realistic elements of 15th Century France, in the form of: historically accurate characters and banners; reworked companions inspired by history, literature, or our own imaginations; re worked troop trees and items; changed party/garrison sizes, income and upkeep. The mod is largely in French at the moment, but a translation is in the works. As this project progresses hopefully even more features can be added later. Anyone who wishes to work on the mod can contact us, we would be happy to have the help. Thank You!

Post news Report RSS Historically accurate English Lords completed

Finished English Lords, now working on French Lords.

Posted by on

So just to let everyone in on whats going on with the mod, today we finished with our historically accurate English Lords. A lot of research was put into this, and we wanted it to be as historically accurate as possible both with names and with banners. Currently we are working on the French Lords which are about 75% done at the moment; after that we will be working on the Lords of Burgandy and Brittany. After working on lords, we will be getting to companions and troop rosters. We are also working on overhauling the sounds and music selection of this mod as we go along.

As of right now we really have enough people doing historical research to be honest, but anyone who seriously wants to help should send an email to 1429lilyandlion@gmail.com, my partner is handling recruitment from there.

Suggestions/Links for sound and music can be sent in a PM to me either on Moddb or TaleWorlds Forum.
