Unzip mod file into ie: e:\Diablo.II.Resurrected\mods\mad\mad.mpq
Make a shortcut of D2R.exe, add -mod mad -txt
ie: "e:\Diablo II Resurrected\D2R.exe" -mod mad -txt，launch game and play offline.
