Guys, this can be done alone! Very easily infact. My strategy was setup the two riflemen on forward most MG nests, then setup the two MG men in the middle of the forward trench, and two assault gun troops on the left and right of the forward trench. Then use the sniper as an ammo carrier, collecting all the MG ammo from the crates and other MG guns. You easily have enough ammunition this way, towards the end you'll still run out (especially as after the 15 minute is over its not the end ;).
I also used the .50 cal, and the flamethrower to help out, but theyre optional.
