Looks great! It's very close to the concept art.

Oh man that's badass :)
As long as the Engine stays the same for the Mac (I don't see why it would change) of course we'll port it :) We want to reach as many people as possible with this.
That's what we're aiming at right now. Getting the Outbreak camera into UT3 would be extremely difficult, which is why we're going with the RE4 perspective, but with tweaked movement so it's more like outbreak.
And I make a typo on the word typo, I'm awesome.
It was a type I'm guessing, because I'm working on the RE2 RPD, but if there's a certain area I can't get a good look at, I just go to that location in Outbreak 2, since the RPD is based off of the RE2 one, with minor differences.
It's too hard to predict the size of the mod as we're not finished yet, so if I were you, I'd wait for the mod to come out, but I'm not sure if you can transfer it over in parts or not, in case you want to get a 512 for current mods.
We're going for a stop and shoot style because that's how all of the Resident Evil games are. We're going to have NPC zombies, but we're still working on overall gametypes.
Of course, we're porting it to the PS3 simply because we can, it's not exclusive or anything.
We plan to release a PS3 version, LAUGHING_MAN has one that we can do some testing with. Hopefully Sony will release the Atrac3 audio codec so we can have custom sounds on the PS3... I'm sure they will by the time we're close to releasing anything major.
I'd really like to be a mapper for this mod. I really only have one map to show on the Unreal Engine, which you can find here; Gearsforums.epicgames.com
I know, I know, it's a little infamous right now but it shows that I'm pretty good a recreating maps and adding in additional detail. I've been a fan of the RE series for a while and this is something that I would be really passionate about. I just hope you haven't filled the mapping positions yet...
