Well you can't just rely on Desura too keep this game alive, there are so many games that have no form of advertising apart from Desura and they just get left behind and forgotten about with very little playerbase and sales. Steam isn't the solution to every game, you need too have a working website that is more than just a 'buy my game on desura' page and a working forum as well outside of moddb, then again it's a start.

Have you even tried steam? They've become a lot less strict and they usually give a tough time to alpha or beta games but this is suppose to be a full release is it not? Even if it doesn't feel like one...If they accept similar multiplayer fighting sort of games like Plain Sight and even accept free games, why wouldn't they accept this?

I know my opinion on this game isn't too great but I honestly keep coming back to it every so often to see if there are any updates or even messages posted from the small community and sadly there isn't. It has a lot of potential but it just hasn't been executed properly.

I have another game on Desura called Bloody Trapland with a very similar situation to yours. Same setup, advertising only on Desura...their website is just another 'buy my game on desura' page just like yours but the biggest strength they have is that there game is a fully working cooperative and single player game, meaning you don't have to be online to play and enjoy yourself whereas your game does and because it is playable like that I have bought it.

Desura is extremely unknown and unpopular. I know a lot of this is easier said than done but doing nothing is better than letting it gather dust on Desura...you should try branching out and try steam, why not? It's not the only solution but it's a start.

Has it occured to the maker of this game that less than 5 people play this game and desura is a limited, unknown and small service that no one really knows about so no one else will buy or play this game?

I'd actually buy it if I didn't have to wait aroud for people to play this game like booking an appointment for everyone to start playing so I'll wait until it's half price, still can't justify it being £6.50

Gameplay of Zombie Fortress

Some gameplay of the Multiplayer part of this game, uploading a part each day since I could only find single player playthroughs.

Still trying to figure out how we can continue a Multiplayer game without losing progress, since we're recording.

Also, since the guy below me asked...There are donator weapons but I don't see anything that promotes donating. How does the donator system work for weapons?

Is the multiplayer in this game not made to be played yet or is it suppose to be a continuation of maps which you can't save or continue from? I don't even think you can select the map you last completed to continue from.

Is there some sort of guide for the Multiplayer of this mod? FAQ? Like, why does (Simon I think?) sometimes spawn on levels and makes your screen mess up + the radio noises.

Well that's stupid and none of us want to keep starting over since we already know what happens.

Me and my friends have gotten really far in multiplayer but I don't see any way to save the game, do you just lose all progress? We just killed the Sawer, the chainsaw and first boss of the multiplayer game I think? How do we resume our progress after the game is turned off?

I don't use the name Zero or Zerrok when I play you know and just the fact that I'm forced to play with someone like you is off putting. I shouldn't have to scroll through updates to see if the games any better or if the developer said he's going to implement this and that...
I'm talking about the store page, not the updates page. I'm sorry but if I was ever forced to play in small little game communities with someone like you i'd just go to single player, which this game does not have. This game is lacking and me joining and fighting you on a server won't change that.

Well from my understanding this is a full game purchase, not a preorder for a alpha. There is nothing mentioned about updates anywhere on the store page either.

I also don't understand what this demo is suppose to be promoting or showcasing. Surely you'd make a demo to make people want to buy something right? Walk around as a tiny enviro guy with super speed. You run as fast as the train so I don't even want to know what the cars and vehicles are for...and you shoot, bringing down buildings with a tiny gun.

No offense but there are a lot of things flawed about this game.

From what I can see and from what i've tried, it is a simple team vs team game with no customisable options. The omegalodon is constantly losing health and has to attack buildings to regain it (what?). Although the FAQ says the game features a "fully voice acted story" it does not. The omegalodon having a little character pop up to comment on what he destroys isn't a fully voice acted story and considering it is a multiplayer team vs team game, that's not really a story at all.

I think the worst part about this is that it isn't a free roam. I would be alright playing as the monster to walk around and just mess about but since my health is constantly draining I need to attack stuff and since it is a online sort of deathmatch with people running around you're forced to do something.

This game has far too little information on the store page or trailers and honestly doesn't seem worth the price given. If you wan't to improve the game you should give the players some server control and options, as well as different types of modes of play since atm it is just a pretty simplistic team vs team game and there are a lot better available for free.

where is the standalone demo version of this game?

There needs to be a FAQ or a list of features because although this might look interesting, I can't find any information on it at all.

Wait so, is the whole game going to be free completely out of alpha but you might add some sort of Donation system for little perks here and there? I would happily donate :D!

I've had this game for a little while now and i'll be honest, completely disappointed.

I thought to myself ah well, it was cheap and the art work and idea sounds really nice but even though it is in alpha, which is fair enough, it is almost unplayable.

Yes, there is a little small, very undetailed tutorial contained in the folder and around what ever forums this game uses but the game just feels so...unworkable it's unbelievable.

I think you guys need to focus on making the game more interactive, playable and easier to control rather than handing out little guides.

I was also hoping that since it is in such a early unplayable state that the updates would be frequent but I was wrong.

Please, for the love of god make the game more playable at the moment. I was hoping I could control the characters myself, build around a base or what ever but at the moment all I'm managing to do is break a few blocks, place some ladders down and watch floating tree's do nothing while chickens multiply out of control.

I honestly believe each character only being able to do 1 thing is terrible as well....the old guy as the miner and I think the other guy picks things up? Honestly makes no sense.
