Don't worry about that (The HEV Suit saying that the player received poison damage).
I was able to change (a very small bit of) the game's coding. The Icelion spitballs now do acid damage, not poison (so you can't recover from their attack)
The suit now says "Warning: Hazardous Chemical Detected" if you get hit.

Actually, the map in this picture has no cubemaps, no HDR lighting and was compiled with VRAD on Fast. I'll add stuff to this level later.

I know this area is empty. I'm still thinking of stuff to add, like columns and tubes and balconies. Anyway, I was thinking of replacing the ladder anyway. Thanks for your suggestion!
