That a LAV-3 for the Canadian Forces, I believe right now it is a place holder for the ACV version of it that is going to replace it in a later build.
Note: None of the ACV's can shoot, move, or do anything except make a commander feel at home.

If its not your video settings, it might be corrupted files. Try reinstalling, if that doesn't work, redownload and then reinstall.

I don't know about the punkbuster thing, maybe try updating your PB manually. Also check if your texture setters are not set to high as there seems to be a memory issue with the maps in PR that has been around a while. Try your settings at medium and you should be able to load multiple maps without CTDing.
