What do you mean?

You can get two from central zone maintenance unit when he explains how to reactivate L5-65.
You can get power core from Industrial Zone maintenance droid if you got parts for him (Manufacturing Recourses side-quest). If you didn't do that quest, you'll still get a power core if you didn't kill any other droids.
One can be found in the loading zone.
One can be found in Sith's body, near the Environmental Zone's entrance.
One is dropped by one of the droids you kill in the Environmental Zone.
If you kill Kaah, you get power core from his body, too.

Both 1.8.2 and M4-78EP were uploaded to moddb, currently awaiting authorization. Hope it'll be available for all of you soon. I'm sorry about the slow-download issue on deadlystream - guess our servers weren't ready for few hundreds downloads of one file in such a short time.

New planet will be available after Korriban, which is why you shouldn't go there if you want your save to work with M4-78. Master Vash will be alive on that planet. :)

Hi, M4-78EP project lead here - just wanted to say that what you heard was temporary VO recorded for the trailer. Voice overs in final product will be better... I think. We always try to make sure we get the highest quality stuff possible, anyway! :)
