Can anybody get this to run in the present day? The executables won't run on my instance of Windows 10. Using QSS, Kex, vkQuake engines and trying to run 'game nehara' from the console won't work either. Any advice for running Nehahra in 2022 greatly appreciated!

I get the following error when attempting to run GZdoom 4.5.0 x64 with BDBE_v3.2c.pk3 & brutalv21.pk3
cvar 'zdoombrutalblood' already exists
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
EDIT: It seems I can run BDBE without the BD pak
