A blatantly racist mod masquerading as "realistic" by cherry-picking statistics and arguments that would not be too out of place in Parler.
It would come as no surprise that this mod was only re-uploaded here after the mod was removed from NexusMods (a site which has a very wide level of tolerance for content) and the author banned from there. It says more about the mod and its content more than anything: Forums.nexusmods.com
Texture work is quite "off" (too shiny in some areas, and inconsistent)
The models also appear to be direct rips from the game itself - credit where it's due, Bungie did a great job on those, so nothing wrong with them.
I'm genuinely impressed by how unimpressive it is.
The mod works, which isn't too bad. Honestly, I'd download the ODST pack instead if you're looking for a Halo mod for Fallout 4.
