I understand that this probably says more about me than it does your game, but could you perhaps make it a little clearer that the "X" next to the profiles is the "delete profile" button? My dumb *** just wiped out 12 stages' worth of my progress while trying to close the game from the profile selection screen. In my limited defense, it's one of the few buttons in the game where the purpose isn't really marked with words. ,=3

I did install from the Desura client, yes.

I've been trying to find a way to figure out how to make the progress erasure happen consistently- I thought it might have had something to do with a pause menu option at first or the means I used to close the game, but the problem is, I can't seem to figure out or isolate the cause in any way. All I know is that it's happened to me twice and I have no idea why.

Sorry if I'm not being much help; I'm just having a hell of a time myself figuring out what the issue might be.

Ah, it's a fun game and I'm not sorry for picking it up... But, and I don't understand why, it doesn't seem to keep a hold of my save file very well. Oddly enough, it holds on to my game progress just fine, but when I turned the game back on after having shut it off, I lost all my tombstone, achievement, and Endless Mode skull progress. (I'm also wondering if this issue is also why the "Silver Bullet" achievement can pop up multiple times in the same playthrough)

If it helps, I'm on Windows 7, but I don't know what the issue could be.
