Such a combination of modders to form this masterpiece is just perfection to me this works amazingly well.
Let's see what I can say about Victoria 2...
Against the original Victoria: This was a much needed improvement graphic wise.
Against Vanila Vic 2: Fixed the glaring issue of the base game like no clear border, grey belgium and yellow prussia (that could go either way)
Against March of the Eagles, far superior in every way
A well needed update to a Victoria classic, But I think a few things are still missing, first of all, why can't all of the Thirteen Colonies different colonies be playable, second off, some scenarios do not have releasable colonies, Like Spain can't release Mexico or France can't release Quebec, Heck many former colonies in the Americas and Oceania are not playable. But these are fixable.
I have several questions.
First off, why does this exist?
Second off, Why does Kildare have to be a separate nation than just be Brazil?
And Finally, Why is the flag for new providence is same as your logo and for that matter, Why is any symbols for it so small?

A good WW2 mod for Victoria 2, probably as much flavor or even more than Hearts of Iron 4.
You are the whole reason I started modding. Also. This is the best mod possible for Victoria 2.
The accuracies of the Cold War are almost perfect! Almost. Rebel events don't have troops and North Vietnam was at war with France since the end of WW2. Also remove Oregon from California's cores (that offended me because I am from Oregon and I and many other Oregonians do not like California.) But very good mod and It is very accurate.
