I don't see any new content either besides the new heroes and maps. I've probably followed the install directions wrong but I don't know what to do to correct my mistakes.

I have a problem where whenever I try to play an Instant Action match, I see the class select screen and a black background behind it. Did I install it wrong or is it something else? Please tell me
