A rather surreal little horror / adventure game. I did enjoy it a lot even if it was a short game. I guess I should say "suspense" rather than "horror" but it's just the mood that the game sets, which it pulls off well I think.

I was able to figure out the puzzles during my first play through, but I tend favor adventure and puzzle games, so that may have helped.

I can't say I understand all of the stuff near the end, but I like imagery that makes you think....it's what makes you want to play it again to try and figure it out.

That's how I got my mom gaming. A lady who had never played anything outside of Tetris on the original game boy. Now she has a steam account with about 36 games (all casual of course).

I do think the modern casual games will help bring more non-traditional gamers into the market. Add the digital distribution systems like Desura and Steam (and not that EA one) and it makes it even easier.

It's a great time to be an indie developer.

I played this on Steam and found it very enjoyable. An interesting way to play Solitaire with objectives to meet in order to progress in the story....oh yeah, and a story. At first I didn't think you could work a story into a game as casual as Solitaire but I was surprised how well it worked. Looks like the Desura comes with a few extras that the Steam version doesn't too like the soundtrack and art book.

I've been curious if a sequal to this game is in the works? If so, then you already have a buyer for it right here.

I love this game. It is basically a Rube Goldberg machine puzzle game where the objective is to use various items both on the screen and in your inventory to help the little guy (Eets) reach the goal. One interesting twist is that Eets emotional state will also impact how he travels through the map and some of the items you use in the game will alter that state to get him to move accordingly.

And once you finish all of the levels the game has to offer, use the editor to start creating your own.
I highly recommend this game.
