I think you need to make your pure original game work first..

that's nothing to do with the game files, it's bug of xray. create a shortcut of xr_3da.exe, edit it, delete "\bin" from the 'Start in' property. use that shortcut.

after this fix,still cant launch? what's the error message?

I'm from China and I've never seen any mod with Chinese language so I developed a machine translation system for STALKER series and their mods(works perfectly for config(s)/text,fine for config(s)/gameplay,but not that good for script). The sentence "- all texts from scripts, configs were moved to text/ folder" you mentioned in the change log does me a big favor! Looking forward to the release day!
