Any news on when we may see the next update? Ive been busy so haven't been checking as often as I'd like ;)

Celtic Portraits, again, is the portrait pack that fixes that problem.

Solved by purchasing Celtic Portraits. On sale for .67$ cents right now, go get it.

I have a portrait bug too, but its consistent every time I open the game, and it's not everyone..its only like all people on the island of ireland, all of upper scotland [except hogwarts] and some down the western coast of modern day england. I never see portraits there, just a picture of say, woods, or forest, or something where the portrait should be. Because of this, none of it's family, sons, courtiers. have pictures either. Its weird lol

One thing I found, is playing as one of the head of houses is limited playtime. Godric always becomes the heir and there is no guarantee and a small chance it seems that your heir will become the heir before you get killed on a quest or something.

So far:

Playthrough on Godric lasted 15 years, one crash around the eighth year, and then Godric died and was Hogwarts was taken over by Merlin and the game ended.

Playthrough on Salazar lasted about the same time, maybe a few years more, before Salazar was killed on a quest and Godric ceased the title, ending my game.

I think I'll try to playthrough with Sirius Black, or a Lestrange or something see how it works out.

Mod works fine for me. It's a beta, these things are expected. Things will be fixed as they are discovered, that's how it works.

I would say that's the smartest thing to do, but I wouldn't expect it any time soon. We are beta testers for him, we're going to have to play our part in aiding in the perfection of this version. We should concentrate on that and not push him for an update immediately, you know? Argh so excited!

Thats not right lol he's not making the mod compatible with the new patch and that's been said a hundred times. Unless somethings changed and I missed it, I think its for 4.5.2 or around there.

There is no official release date. He said sometime near the end of august, that's what we're going by.

There is a steam group already, but this is the only place I ever find updates.

Im sure there are subtle modifiers for being in the same house, that's easy to do. Changing how the AI participates in diplomacy is probably a little more complicated, but they are spending a lot of time listening to the community and im sure if something like that is not implicated, it could be in the future. Honestly, I could do without the latter for the moment if it means a sooner release ;D

Sorry to hear that. I may have made some comments in the past about you keeping us in the loop, but I appreciate how you are actively participating in some of the discussions here lately. Gives me the highest of hopes that we will see this soon, I really can't wait. Hope you find some people with the talent and dedication you're looking for. Im beginning to lose hope too. I know its a one man project, and it's a lot to do, but...without any semi consistent communication and months between any kind of update..idk. Im saddened by it.
