did you ever figure out how to use the mods on this site because the file for the national videos game museum I want to run doesnt come with setup instructions on how to make the mod work

Ok I tried for about an hour on my own but I never used these mods on doom before so can someone kindly write me a how to make this work or point to where one is because I do not know what to do after I download this folder.
