im excited for gyarados to come in the pokegen game :') i want to see how big and how it fight with a smaller pokemon haha

i want the speed of pokemon depends on its status, if the pokemon has low speed base stat then the pokemon must be slow in action, if high in speed base stat it is fast in action :D. update immediately plsss hahaha xD im so excited for this game to be finished <3
