Actually, that would be a really cool feature, say, for a hero unit(Tanya/NAtasha/Yuriko...). Scaring nearby infantry units so that they are weakened or disabled. It wouldn't really be that realistic, because I doubt that simple looks would have such a great impact on anyone, but I think it could create some interesting gameplay.
