It has nice models and textures, especially for vehicles and the player's HUD, but it lacks consistancy, optimazation, feeling and modability. By modability I mean it doesn't work with many mods and ASI scripts due to the changes to the gta3.img directory, which really sucks because it could sure as hell use the classicaxis script, but it isn't compatible. 5/10, would see that T H I C C grass again.
