i know this mod is old, but can i ask a question here? how to do the mission? i mean at the beginning, there is a mission to catch a man on bike but then nothing happen, i just wandering around without any mission to do..

i also had the same problems, and i did what you say here. but it still didn't work. the game crashed when loading.
