Tiberium Icestorm's Hover MRLS design is, in my humble opinion, the most beautiful fanmade incarnation of the unit by far. Heck, I would love to have one myself... you know where this is going by this point, don't you? :P
Yes, this would make a lovely addition to the Steel Talons (speaking of that, I still need to get to writing a blog post about GDI...).
