Hey you must got to articles and click the first news and you will read and find the steam key thing and then it will take you to your library however it has the buttons Play , download and the most important KEYS ! and you can choose "Get steam key" redeem it BAM ! Paranormal ... however it wont appear on your library so you have to wait till release to download the game.
