It's old problem related to GPU driver problem , if it's ok for you just do a clean install for windows "format" and don't let windows update install GPU driver , let your GPU official website choose what is the best driver version for your GPU and OS
Then install basic microsoft support programs like directx , net framework 3.5.1 , VS C++ 2005 2008 2010 2012 2013 2015-2019
Then let Windows update complete its work and you are good to go.

Does it work with bf2hub.com regular servers !?
i have a key changer will make the game works in bf2hub serves if that is the only problem , if it's not please make a compressed file for skins,texture,terrain,HUD,and reshade files to replace it with the the original BF2 files to be able to play online with this charming graphics <3
