Yo, what's up?! I'm Vinivite, a Brazilian guy, who play games monstly on pc, monstly on Steam. I'm also a begginer (not so noob) Source SDK Mapper. I'm also a good designer, and I use monstly Photoshop (I rarely use Corel Draw, so I'm rusty on it). So. I'm not as old as my "Age" info says on ModDB. I just made me twice older to avoid problems with... well, with my age. Now, 2010, I'm actually 14 years old. I don't speak english goodly, but I think I can write plausibly in english. And no, I don't even know how to say "Vinivite" in english... that's just a cool nickname girls gave me on the school. So... kthxbai.

A very good and creative mod. The only thing that made me rate it 9, is the ending: very boring, you could make it better, Mevious.
And other thing: the new GLaDOS voice sucks... but the chambers... are awesomly well made, hard and beautiful.
All I can say is: download it.
Well, the first time I played this mod, I simply HATED it. I wasn't able to pass from the FIRST test chamber, and I think I'm a pretty good Portal Player since I beated Portal Prelude and Portal Pro. So... I tried again and after I got to pass the first 3 boring and hard test chambers, I couldn't stop playing it! The testing elements are so creative and awesome! The light... that strange orange "liquid"... everything. The turrets are lovely and those funny stuff writen on the wall made this mod memorable! Oh, and on the test chamber that you're introduced to the "light", that huge window that let the player see the beautiful sunlight was U-N-F-O-R-G-E-T-T-A-B-L-E !
The first PERFECT mod I ever played.
If someone can't pass the first testchambers as I did, try pratice some more and watch walkthroughs. :)
I really think this is one of the best mods I ever played (and I played almost all Portal mods released here in ModDB).
The chambers here are the most well designed, beautiful and epic chambers I ever seen in a Portal mod. I particularly loved the "Vertigo" chamber. It's so HUGE and cool!
The only item that disappointed me and made me rate Gamma Energy 9 and not 10, is that there's no new storyline. Obviously what happens on the end is different from what happens in Portal, but no custom GLaDOS voice was used, and this is very sad because the rest of the mod is perfect.
The new elements like the explosive barrels and the breakable glass of the observation rooms are lovely and creative.
Everybody that beated Portal at least once must play this mod!
(PS: I had to check the walkthrough two times... O.o)
