where would one find the perk points ?

Any idea when the next one is coming out?

I cant get this mod to work, I have installed many mods before, as far as I am aware I installed it correctly, but every time i launch it it crashes to the desktop does anyone know what to do? if someone has installed it correctly and got it to work could you walk me through it? better yet could someone make a video on how they installed it?

My game crashes occasionally, I am still in the Cordon. My computer has more than enough specifications to handle it, I am running the game on steam. it crashes around the bridge: when you are coming back to it the underpass: going to it or away from it, and the rookie village: coming back to it, it also crashed in the area you save Nimble at, I'm not sure if its because of the additional npc's around the area that fight. I have no idea what to do, I used to play in on a other computer with less high specifications and it worked fine it would have brief half a second stutters but that's it. the only thing I can think of is when I ran it on the other computer I slightly modded a few things, weight, item weight, weapon sounds etc nothing fancy. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? the only other thing that I can think of is my stalker is on 1.0006 patch version of the game.
