All of this will take time so be patient or try to download victoria 2 submod : more timelimes if not work be patient because we all want this mod and we cant force the creators to release some of the mod

as that guest said delete all of the ultimate mod and then go to your recycle bin and delete perm. it should work. Oh and also re install it
