Well i am thinking about what the cease and desist says, they told you it could not be continued privately and there had to be public releases, Well this site is public, and seeing as how you allow people to join the MERP development team, is it really private if any one can join it? And a public release could be simply Put as Beta Release 1 : on a date that is far enough away that it gives you time to put together a height map and maybe throw a few weapons in like you did for oblivion It does not need to be extensive, just throw in something a little new each month or something, to say you have public releases, and I know it may be a pain in the *** but hey if it keeps production going, why not?

Aye I have signed the petition and I must agree that Tolkien must be rolling in his grave to see what people are doing with his work, to see them trying to crush creativity based on his work, Warner Bros. should be ashamed of themselves.

I honestly can not wait to see the first reveal of the entire mod, I have been eagerly waiting like everyone else , but alas I cannae see what else needs to be said about this pic, looking amazing guys.
