We simply do not know for sure at this point. The goal is to reach a playable and fun campaign experience before the first public beta. And our team member are trying to reach that as soon as possible.
Welp, the ideas of making a "Kingdom of Heaven" M&B mod was from a long time ago (around 2012); and our main developer already move on from that point towards a much more academic research based development. There are Osprey Publishing and Hollywood/pop-culture impression 12th century mod out there I believes, plus multiple armory mods and etc. You can even modify the mod yourself in your end once we release the mod to the public. It is a single player game's mod after all. And in Bannerlord you can easily have multiple other mods combining together to form your own idea of the game world. That's that xD.
Currently we do have a few our own music but most of the music are authentic medieval (style) music from different authors. For the shaders of map, the current Bannerlord shader should be enough but we might have some changes in the map.
There might be some religious voice line in battle, but we are not yet in the voice recording stage yet so we simply do not know at this point.
Yes, it will be on Steam Workshop. Our internal development & testing version is already using the Steam Workshop with private setting.
The origin of INJ1 is basically the Kingdom of Heaven mod for Mount & Blades Warband. But in INJ2 the focus has been changed to focusing more on historical accuracy. Some gameplay mechanism might be similar but most things will have difference.
Even we do not know.
Thank you for your passions and please be patient :), our team members are working hard in their free time to developing contents and new features constantly.
There is translator companion feature, but they can only translate when they knows both language. Currently it only works in the communication ui interface when you click and directly talks to a person in town/army/etc.
It is still WIP and not been published yet.
It is not ready as a lot of base system framework are still under development. We will release it to the public once all the basic functions are ready.
It will be free.
You can use vanilla Bannerlord cheat
A simple way would be just cheat in sandbox, wearing armor you like and get troop from cheat menu. Then find enemy army to fight.
We currently use enhance battle test but it might not be working so well.
Also, this isn't a hard restriction for the most part. You can still wear mismatched gears with some degree of renown penalty. Different culture/faction also have different degree of acceptance toward foreign equipment.
A very limited number of content creators do have access to the WIP mod to showcase our progress.
It is possible and likely.
Yes, there is plans for interior plaster and paint. But not all castle/keep have them based on the research.
If you looks closely, it is not the Georgian flag...this is a complicate matter to look; we already had a discussion in our discord channel.
It is still WIP; and the progress is steady.
Nope, it is going to be static scenes.
I'm trying to push the idea of the shield strap for some years now. But due to technical difficulty, we can not have shield model with strap to the shoulder unfortunately. Some troop can have 5th equipment slot but player cannot as it would mess up the ui currently.
It is going to be static scenes for now. Unless someone creates a naval system that works well and willing to share with us; or if TW decide to create their own naval engagement system.
Currently there is no one working on writing the dev blog as it require many research and time to put together one single dev blog. Our current focus is mostly on research about mod's assets, historical elements and etc.
The grammar will be check and rework down the line.
Thank you, although testing access is very limited at the moment as the mod is been developed rapidly. And we do not accept any economical donation; although if you have access to library, data base, private collection and information that is relevant to the mod's period and research; feels free to reach out to us for providing the information.
