I actually like that it's a catamaran, it seems to work well with the Cybran design ethos.

Sovereign Class sounds good for a ship like that. I suggest Odin Class, or maybe Tyr Class.

About the weapons, looking at the ship there seems to be a lot of empty deck space. If the number of bones is an issue perhaps you should consider reducing the number of cannon in the main turrets, moving the aft main turrets further aft and forward main turrets further forward, and install vertically-launched tactical missiles a la the Governor Class?

looks good, the overall design is distinctly Aeon; not sure about the turrets though, the Aeon often seem to avoid thin, long barreled weapons...
