This mod has potential , but due to the complete in-balance between Vietnam and America it makes it unplayable. Vietnam can gain more money and can pump out more men then America can, and can control more of the map and hold it. Not being able to expand and the slow rate of accumulating money makes this mod a frustrating experience. 1/10
