Thanks for your interest, and your ideas. While we only have one true boss battle (though any of the critical missions might qualify as they each introduce Destroyer Bases not seen before), we're happy to say that *all* the Story mode and future challenge levels are playable for 1-4 players, including the boss(es). Watch out though; they're tougher and more aggressive depending on how many people are playing.
