It's still there and I'm using 0.1.1. It would be awesome if there were a way to get unlimited stamina, like a new mode. My friends and I are kinda bummed because of the limited climbing.

When you first start the game and the launcher window appears, click on the input button and change it back, there is a reason that that's there.
