For some reason fat people explode when you kill them

For some reason the crack-cola machines don't work for me(they don't give the option to buy things when I am close to they),the marching band music don't play if you go to a area that requires loading screen and come back, also can you fix a glitch that is on the normal steam version where for some reason the protest sign don't appear to found on the rednecks base after being captured(like when you get captured you can retrieve your item back but the protest sign doesn't appear for some reason).
