Wich patch? Flatout 2 mod manager? Or can you give me a link to download that patch?

I have a Question. How do I get the skins in flatout 2 (Skinpack) Where Must I place the file in? PLSS HELP! :(
you must put the file in the patch file like (ai skin pack.bfs) open the patch with notepad
