A masterpiece of Source engine game design. Beautiful levels, a just enough present story to keep you engaged, wonderfully fair balance and pacing, fun challenge... what more can be said?
There's a reason this has received universal praise. I needn't summarize it all here to properly acknowledge how incredible this mod is.
Literally just stole two mods and mashed them together for the sake of personal gratification. That'd be all well and good if he didn't post it here trying to garner praise and renown for the upload.
Stop it. I'd rate it a 1 if I could.
Genuinely one of the most unfair, unfun attempts at a game I've ever experienced. No even faint attempt at considering UX beyond "They'll beat it through dying 100 times or they won't play at all!". The difference between hard and unreasonable is clearly lost on this dev.
