Try a new Campaign with only the following enabled and see if the issue persists - I can confirm that this is working correctly with Stable Branch e1.3.0.

If you updated to Beta e1.4.0 then I'm almost positive a lot of mods are broken at this point including mine - I'm going to look at Beta e1.4.0 but I don't recommend using a Beta this early into it's release as there's a high likelihood a lot of mods will break.

Edit: I've tested the above on Beta e1.4.0 and they worked properly.

Please follow the installation instructions that are in the readme, or see the article above - and make sure you have everything that is required and the load order is correct. That aside, this is only tested for e.1.30 so it may not work on 1.2.1 or earlier.
