Sorry, can't help you there since Wargame isn't moddable on Linux or OSX. That means that a manual installation isn't possible at the moment.

It is possible to do, but you would have to know how to use the modding suite. Ask on the modding forum if you need help (I no longer mod Wargame) Forums.eugensystems.com
No hurry but any idea when the AI will be editable?
You appear quite impatient. Work and uni come before this project.
Any idea when the AI will be editable? No hurry though.
i always get that error in the buildmod window. It seems normal to me as i can use my mod without having to do anything more.
WrathEd automatically puts the big and skudef files in the correct folder so all you have to do is add a line to cnc3_ep1.skudef
the .big file should be in your documents/Mods folder (something along those lines) along with the .skudef file. Look at the documentation for usage of your mod
you have to copy the text of the file you want to modify into an xml file you have made (copy one from the example mod and delete everything but the headers if you have trouble).
Next you need to reference the files in a file called static.xml (one is in the example mod that you can copy)
compile the mod using the compile batch file provided.
Your mod xml files should be in C:\Wrath Ed\Source\yourmodname\Data
One thing to note for units is that you need to add the corresponding tags before the model names and audio names. EG from my flame tank (AudioEvent: and W3DContainer:)
<ModelConditionState
ParseCondStateType="PARSE_DEFAULT"
PortraitImage=""
ButtonImage=""
RetainSubObjects="True">
<Model
Name="W3DContainer:NUFLAMETANK"
ExtraMesh="False" ></Model>
<AudioEntry
Sound="AudioEvent:NOD_FlameTank_VoiceAttack"
AudioType="voiceAttack" ></AudioEntry>
PS. The files you need to look for to change what factions can build are the LogicCommandSet files for the structure you want the unit to be built from and the one from a building that builds the unit in the standard game
I'll do my best to try to understand that
Thanks Bibber :)
One question about editing the stock units; modified units don't show their respective models. Do I need to add includes to the unit's xml like in cnc3 or is there something else i need to do?
Excellent work so far :D
How do I use a compiled mod?
Sorry if it is a noobish question
lol at the mammoth tanks, they look pathetic
you should make the laser blue like in generals
only 1 critism from me ; the nose isnt blunt enough - the barrel of the GAU-8 should only be about half that length and still extend past the front of the nose. otherwise very nice
the nose looks a bit like that of the victor tanker if i remember correctly and the rest of the body looks like the SR71, nice work!
but what is that thing under the aircraft?
Those are f35 JSFs yes and they do not look gigantic. for a realistic size they should be bigger than those tanks.
Anyway its good to see a generals mod for cnc3
i will download this mod just for that awesome mech
