Rediscovery image - TheZealot

So, back in 2010 I made some terribad citizen reskins where all I did was clumsily slap the citizen_17 textures onto the retail citizens. I thought the skins were long-lost until I found them in my modelling textures folder. I figured this might be worth looking at for about 5 seconds. I can't imagine why anybody would want these, but if you want them for some outlandish reason then I will upload them to the public.
