I really appreciate you taking the time to so fully flesh out your thoughts on the mod, I take all constructive criticism like this into serious account. For our mod team, this mod was a first attempt at a mod with completely original content. It was overly ambitious of me to try and jam so much of my personal philosophy into the mod when we had a lot of time and technical restrictions on us. The mod had a due date for a competition at school and we all were taking a full course load, which is why we didn't take longer to work on it. I totally agree with you when you say that the mod gave off a very pessimistic, angry, and somewhat tired viewpoint. To an extent I definitely wanted to get across mine and my classmates frustration as fledgling game developers worried about leaving college for a corporate environment, but my overall intent was to leave the player feeling empowered at the end when they are given the ultimate choice to decide their own fate. I certainly feel that with the experience I've garnered from this mod, I'll be able to work in a much more subtle and deliberate manner in the future.

I'm glad you liked it so much! I certainly wouldn't turn down any assets that showed up in my mailbox...

I'll be the first to admit that aesthetically the maps are not perfect, but I think if you gave the game a play through you'd see that making gorgeous maps wasn't the goal of this project. Of course, I'd like to make it look nicer, but given that I'm a full time college student and this is done on my free time... you know the story.
