It's a known issue, however the infantry only mode does not enjoy of official support so it is secondary.

The launcher isn't working because the devs are going to release a new one in sometime from now.
As for the servers, well it seems there is a bug with the installer, something's missing or wrong. Don't worry there will be a hotfix

You must have 4.5.1 to install this. So no you don't need to unistall it.

Not exactly, this site is just announcing the mod.
As I said the developers can't look both here and on their site.
But we can't discuss here any balancing issues and suggestions. It's too impractical.
Let's say someone has a problem launching the mod. A warning log is needed. It cannot be posted here on such small space.
