Same issue as with sappy i bough tcomplete edition and installed the mod but it comes up with unable to launch. annocookie needs the app to be open so it wont work.
EDIT FOUND SOLUTION: Start Uplay in Offline mode, load the game, Change anno to WINDOWED MODE then launch annocookie. Or Launch annocookie then turn to windowed mode whichever works.
ALSO this maynot work if you have a folder open called ANNO 2070 as it scans for a window of that name. make a shortcut to the app on desktop and make sure the game folder is closed to avoid confusion
