So if someone isn't making a profit from a mod... it can be remade without permission?

I'm not sure Valve would be too happy to see this mod being created on an engine which isn't their own. They're only lenient towards mods like BM, Operation BM, Blue shift source because they're all on the source engine.

Other than that though, this looks really good ;)

Although I can't remember the user's name.. it said something about how this concept looks similar to the tripods in WotW.

My response would be, its because this modification has been inspired by certain books written by H. G. Wells.

In online co-op there are two female characters and two male characters. However in single player its just a male character.

I think the mod team has given up. Some major chapters are still unspoken of by the development team, which sucks because if this is ever release it will be so awesome!
