1. Download the ZIP file and extract it to your steamapps folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life)
2. Fully restart steam by going to the top left corner, clicking on the word steam and Exit Steam, open steam again and you should see it in your library.

FULL, FIXED INSTALLATION GUIDE:

1. Once you have downloaded both file parts on your pc, put the .001 files and .002 files in a same folder (could be anywhere on your pc), as well as Source SDK Base 2007.

2. Make sure you have either WinRAR or 7-Zip installed on your PC. (Both programs are free, search it up) After you have checked that you have either of those installed, right click on the .001 file (you do not need to ctrl-click for the .002 file), click Extract files or 7-Zip -> Extract Files

3. After you have extracted it correctly, you should get blackmesa.zip -> blackmesa, rename the folder "blackmesa" to "bms" (so that the resource folder files could work properly)

4. Finally, move the "bms" folder into your sourcemods folder, restart Steam, you should see Black Mesa in your library.
