I followed the directions and did everything right but when i go to play as México on DME Late on 4 turns each year its starts me off in 1700 and México isn't there what am I doing wrong? do i have to reinstall the game? or reinstall this mod which I already done like 5 times sorry if i sound rude I been trying to figure this our for like 6 hours now
